PRETTY PRODUCTS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

-About Us
Pretty Products is a design and fabrication studio based in Melbourne, Australia. We create custom signage, hospitality furnishings, and our own range of made-to-order products.

-Ordering Custom Products
When ordering a custom piece, please review all artwork proofs, specifications, and dimensions carefully before final approval. Once you’ve signed off, production will begin and no further changes can be made.

-Lead Times & Production
Lead times vary depending on the complexity of your order and current workshop load. We’ll provide an estimated completion date upon confirmation. All products are handmade, and slight variations may occur — that’s part of the charm.

-Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to production for online and custom orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

-Shipping
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or included in custom quotes. Pretty Products is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect delivery info provided by the customer.

-Returns & Refunds
As most of our products are made-to-order or custom fabricated, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

-Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, product names, and photographs remain the property of Pretty Products. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

-Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure everything we make is high quality and safe to use, but we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss once products leave our workshop.

-Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
