We make things to last, and we want you to be stoked with what you receive. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we sort it out.

Change of Mind? No Drama.

You’ve got 30 days from when your order lands to return it for a store credit or exchange—no hard feelings.

To be eligible, your item needs to be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging. Once it’s back in our hands, we’ll give it a quick once-over and get the next steps sorted.

Note: We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Store credit or exchanges only. Sale items and custom builds are final sale.

Return shipping is on you unless we’ve made a mistake or sent a faulty product.

Faulty or Not What You Ordered? We’ll Make It Right.

If your item arrives damaged or not what you ordered, flick us an email within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and either repair, replace or refund—whatever makes most sense.

We may ask for a few photos so we can sort it quickly and fairly.

Warranty

All Pretty Polly pieces come with a 12-month warranty covering faults in materials or workmanship. If something goes wrong that shouldn’t, we’ll fix it.

This doesn’t cover wear and tear, misuse, exposure to harsh conditions, or your mate accidentally dropping it down the stairs.
