Shipping & Delivery

We pack and ship each order with care from our little workshop in Australia. Here’s what to expect when it comes to delivery and what to do if something’s gone sideways.

Delivery Issues

Item not delivered, or delivered to the wrong address?

If your parcel is MIA or ended up on the wrong doorstep, let us know within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can chase it up and get things back on track.

We can’t file claims with our couriers or redirect items if we’re notified outside of this window, so it’s a good idea to keep an eye on your tracking link.

Received the wrong item?

Oops, our bad. If we’ve sent you the wrong thing, flick us an email within 7 days and we’ll sort it quick-smart. We’ll cover all replacement and return shipping.

Something arrived faulty?

That’s not what we’re about. If something shows up damaged or not working as it should, send us a message with a photo or two within 7 days and we’ll repair, replace or refund. We’ll cover shipping both ways.

Change of Mind?

It happens! If the piece doesn’t suit your space or you’ve changed your mind, we offer store credit or a refund.

Here’s how it works:

  • Let us know within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Refunds incur an 10% restocking fee to cover handling/admin

  • If the item’s been opened but unused, you’ll receive store credit instead

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping on a tracked service

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund or credit.
