Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship across Australia. If you’re outside Australia and interested in our products, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

How long will my order take?

Every product is custom made in our workshop, which means we don’t rush things. Orders are produced within 10 working days, then shipped out. Depending on your location, you should allow up to 21 days in total for your order to arrive. Good things take time....and we believe the wait is worth it.

Can I customise colours?

Yes. We offer powder coating in a wide range of Dulux colours on request. Standard finishes are Black, White, and Cream.

Do you make custom sizes?

Our core range is stocked in standard sizes to keep things simple. If you need a variation for a project, send us an email and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

What artwork formats do you accept?

Vector files are best: PDF, EPS, or AI. If you’re unsure, send us what you have and we’ll advise.

Are your products suitable for outdoors?

Yes. All aluminium and powder-coated products are weather-resistant and designed to last in Australian conditions. For high-wind areas, we recommend using additional weight (e.g. sandbags for lobby signs).

How do I install the products?

Each product comes with the appropriate fixings and a drill template or instructions. If you’re unsure, a local installer or handyman can help. Any item that needs to be wired to a switch will require a local electrician

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All products come with a 24 month warranty on the frame and finish.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement.
